Probably one of the most intense and extreme musical projects ever to come out of Winnipeg, the SWALLOWING SHIT line-up featured past and present members of PROPAGANDHI, I SPY, MALEFACTION, HEAD HITS CONCRETE, and SILENCE EQUALS.

This compilation includes their two seven-inches and all the comp tracks they ever recorded. All remastered and compiled on one conviently blistering, blasting, blaring, compact disc.
